Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital internet vouchers, all completed purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only when:

• Duplicate payment occurred.
• A verified system error prevented service delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment together with the payment reference.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
